1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "surga8", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the online betting and casino platform operated at the domain surga8.cam and all associated services.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the surga8 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal user account created upon registration, used to access surga8 services, place wagers, manage deposits and withdrawals, and claim bonuses.

• "Deposit" refers to funds transferred by the User into their surga8 Account balance, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Withdrawal" refers to funds transferred by surga8 from the User's Account balance to the User's registered bank account or e-wallet.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed by the User on a sporting event, casino game, or other betting market offered on surga8.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive issued by surga8, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on surga8, accessing any part of the platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use surga8.

surga8 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of surga8 after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and use surga8, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. surga8 strictly prohibits underage gambling. Age verification may be required at any time, and failure to provide valid proof of age will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia. surga8 services are designed exclusively for the Indonesian market. Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law. Individuals who are legally restricted from gambling (e.g., those under self-exclusion orders or legal guardianship) are prohibited from using surga8.

3.2 Account Registration Process

When registering an Account on surga8, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number.
• Submit valid identity verification documents when requested, including a government-issued identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license, and proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Create a secure password and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.
• Register only one Account per person. Multiple Accounts, duplicate Accounts, or Accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances.

3.3 Prohibited Users

The following individuals are prohibited from registering or using surga8:

• Individuals under the age of 21.
• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal.
• Individuals who have been previously banned, suspended, or self-excluded from surga8 or any affiliated platform.
• Employees, contractors, or agents of surga8, or immediate family members of such individuals.
• Individuals acting on behalf of, or in collusion with, other Users to commit fraud, bonus abuse, or any form of platform manipulation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

surga8 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed at the time of deposit. Most deposits are credited instantly. surga8 does not charge platform-side deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Deposited funds must originate from accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered in your name during Account verification. surga8 aims to process most withdrawal requests within 5–15 minutes during WIB (Western Indonesia Time) peak hours (08:00–24:00 WIB). Larger withdrawals or requests submitted outside peak hours may require additional processing time.

Before your first withdrawal, surga8 requires completion of identity verification (KYC). You must provide a valid KTP (Indonesian identity card) or passport, and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal delays or denial.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed at the time of withdrawal. surga8 reserves the right to request additional documentation or impose withdrawal restrictions in cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or Terms violations.

Withdrawals may be declined if:

• The Account has not completed identity verification.
• The withdrawal amount exceeds the available Account balance.
• Active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• The Account is under investigation for fraud, collusion, or Terms violations.
• The registered payment method details are incorrect or do not match the Account holder's verified identity.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

surga8 operates in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement applies to all Users and all deposit methods. surga8 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits or withdrawals deemed unusually large or suspicious.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

surga8 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, expiry periods, eligible games, and maximum bet limits. These terms are displayed on the relevant promotion page and must be read before claiming any bonus.

Bonuses are issued at surga8's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploiting system errors, will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, Account closure, and forfeiture of any associated winnings.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also known as rollover or playthrough), expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x). You must wager the bonus amount the specified number of times on eligible games before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Sports Betting: Varies by market; typically 50%–100% (minimum odds requirements apply)
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10%–20% contribution
• Poker, Virtual Sports: Contribution may be restricted; see specific promotion terms

Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period (e.g., 7 days, 30 days). Failure to meet wagering requirements before expiry results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Maximum Bet Limits

Exceeding the maximum bet limit while wagering a bonus constitutes a Terms violation and will result in bonus forfeiture and confiscation of winnings.

5.4 Restricted Games and Activities

Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering or contribute at reduced rates. surga8 reserves the right to exclude any game from bonus eligibility. Placing bets on restricted games with bonus funds will not contribute toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.

6. Wagering Rules and Betting Conduct

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on surga8 are subject to acceptance. surga8 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed:

• After an event has started (for pre-match markets).
• At incorrect odds due to system error or manual pricing mistake.
• By Users suspected of bonus abuse, collusion, or fraud.
• On events that are subsequently canceled, postponed, or abandoned (settlement rules vary by sport; see specific market rules).

6.2 Sports Betting Settlement

Sports bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the governing sports body (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, ATP, WTA). surga8 does not recognize protests, appeals, or overturned results unless the official governing body changes the result within 72 hours of the event conclusion.

For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the bet to be settled as a winner. If one or more selections are voided (e.g., event canceled), the parlay odds are recalculated based on the remaining valid selections.

6.3 Live Betting (In-Play)

Live betting markets are updated in real time based on the flow of play. Due to transmission delays, odds and availability may change rapidly. surga8 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time and to void bets placed after a significant event (e.g., goal, penalty, red card) has occurred but before odds were updated.

6.4 Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino and slot games on surga8 are provided by third-party certified game studios (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt). Each game operates under its own specific rules, paytable, and RTP (Return to Player) percentage, which are displayed within the game interface. surga8 does not control game outcomes; all results are determined by independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures.

6.5 Prohibited Betting Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure, bet voidance, and forfeiture of funds:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to manipulate outcomes or share information for unfair advantage.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple Accounts, using VPNs to circumvent restrictions, or employing betting strategies solely designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational intent.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Using any form of automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets on surga8.
• Exploitation of System Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, mispriced odds, or system malfunctions for personal gain.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

8. Account Security and User Responsibilities

8.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account is presumed to have been authorized by you.

• Attempt to hack, interfere with, or disrupt the surga8 platform or any associated systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from surga8 software.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other Users or surga8 staff members.
• Use the platform to launder money, finance illegal activities, or engage in any form of fraud.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, and materials displayed on surga8 are the exclusive property of surga8 or its licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any surga8 content without express written permission.

The surga8 brand name, logo, and domain are trademarks of surga8. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, surga8 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of surga8, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to wagering losses (gambling carries inherent risk; you accept this risk when placing bets).
• Technical errors, system downtime, or interruptions in service.
• Errors in odds, game results, or settlement (where such errors are promptly corrected).
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain login credential security.
• Third-party payment processor delays or failures (e.g., bank transfer delays).

surga8's maximum liability to you under any circumstances is limited to the amount of funds held in your Account balance at the time the claim arises, or Rp 10.000.000 (ten million Indonesian Rupiah), whichever is lower.

11. Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of surga8 services, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected]. We will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably and promptly. Most complaints are resolved within 48 hours.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter by providing a detailed written explanation of the dispute, including supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, transaction records, bet IDs). surga8 will investigate and respond within 14 business days.

surga8's decision on any dispute is final and binding. By using surga8, you waive any right to pursue legal action or arbitration beyond surga8's internal dispute resolution process, except where prohibited by Indonesian law.

12. Account Closure and Suspension

12.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after verification. Closure requests are typically processed within 7 business days.

12.2 Involuntary Closure by surga8

surga8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• You fail to complete identity verification (KYC) when requested.
• Your Account shows signs of problem gambling behavior and you decline responsible gaming interventions.
• surga8 determines that continued provision of services to you presents unacceptable legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

In cases of Account closure for Terms violations, fraud, or abuse, surga8 reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance, void outstanding bets, and reclaim any bonuses or winnings obtained through prohibited means.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of surga8 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
